When to use the telephone to book an appointment
All requests for GP appointments or advice will now be directed through our online total triage system - click here to access our easy to use online form Online Consultation Form
Booking an Appointment via Telephone
If you are completely unable to use the internet, or do not have a smartphone and need to make a GP appointment, we can take an online consultation request from you over the telephone. We will fill in an online form on your behalf. The process to evaluate and respond to your request will be the same as if you have completed a form online yourself.
To book an nurse or chronic disease review appointment via Reception, you can continue to call 01179082360 or find out more at our Contact Page.
Our care co-ordinators will help to navigate your request to the most appropriate service. If you want to discuss more than one problem, or if you need an interpreter please mention you will need a longer appointment.
Types of appointments
Routine appointments
We offer routine appointments with our practice clinicians up to 2 weeks in advance.
Urgent appointments
If your appointment is urgent, we will arrange for a practice clinician to see you on the same day.
You can also call NHS 111 for general medical advice.
Urgent Dental Care
Our surgery does not have a dentist on site. If you have an infection in your mouth following a tooth extraction, toothache, broken teeth or a problem with dentures please contact a dentist. If you are not currently registered with a dentist please call 111 and they will be able to advise you of the nearest dental practice.
You can also check the NHS website (www.nhs.uk) for details of all local dental services.
