The National Health Service provides most health care to most people free of charge, but there are exceptions. The NHS does not employ GP’s but has a contract with them to provide NHS general medical services for their patients.

NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) is a service used to facilitate patients having a same day appointment with their community pharmacist for minor illness or an urgent supply of a regular medicine, improving access to services and providing more convenient treatment closer to patients’ homes.

Minor surgery is offered in this practice and usually performed by Dr De Mink. Dr Ingram will run clinics as well in the event of prolonged waiting time.
