Move to Total Triage Appointment System from 14th September

To enable us to enhance the service provided to you, by improving access, reducing waiting times and providing a more consistent service for our patients, we are introducing a new Total Triage System. 

This means that every patient requesting a GP appointment will have their needs reviewed by a clinician first.  We will ask you to complete a short form via our website or the NHS App, which will help us quickly direct you to the right member of the team.

If completing the form is difficult for any reason, our staff can help you, ensuring the system is accessible and fair for everyone.

This change will be effective from Monday 14 September 2026.
