Meet the team

Pip is our paramedic. He was with the Ambulance service for 20 years before coming to our practice. He deals with many minor ailments, and you may get an appointment with Pip rather than a Doctor. He will perform thorough examination and assessment of your problem, arrange a prescription if required and provide relevant advice and reassurance.

Offers clinics for review and management of CHD, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Dementia, CKD, childhood & adult immunisations and vaccinations and epilepsy reviews.

Provides services including: Phlebotomy, ECG, Wound dressings and Suture removal, Chronic disease management (hypertension), child and adult immunisations, cervical screening and contraception reviews.

Provides services including: Phlebotomy, Wound dressing and Suture removals, NHS health checks, Flu vaccinations, ECGs, Weight Management Advice, Mental Health checks and Diabetic Foot Checks.

joined the practice in 2004.  Sarah oversees the running of the practice, the welfare of the staff and works closely with the GP partners to strategically plan for the future of the business.  She also liaises regularly with patients and other multi-disciplinary team members ensuring effective communication between all parties.

has been with the practice since 2011 having previously worked in the financial sector.  Sarah McKay is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and works very closely with the practice manager to ensure that we are delivering a high quality service for our patients.

joined the practice in 2023, having previously worked in NBT, Maddy is here to help with patient enquiries, IT support, HR matters and Health & Safety within the practice.

At the practice. Other team members include Jane West, our practice secretary, who can be contacted on 0117 9082355 for enquiries regarding referrals made by your GP to specialist care and the patient choose & book service. Caroline, Tia, Molly, Jayne, Louisa, Libby, Alison, Lisa and Tom carry out tasks such as patient registrations, summarising of medical records, scanning & coding of information, patient recall programmes and management of requests for access to medical records.
