Read more about Reception Team Lead Deb Harris
oversees a team of 11 part time receptionists and prescribing clerks. Our reception office is a very busy environment and the staff at the practice work hard to deliver a personal service and to ensure that our patients are well cared for. The receptionists have a challenging job to carry out so please be patient with them, they are there to help you and work to specific protocols laid out by the practice management.
If you wish to speak in private please mention this to the receptionist as there is a designated room just off of the main reception area. All our staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.
